Melanie Moffett, 14, of Washington accepted a Take Pride in American Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Rappahannock 4H Teen Club from Elizabeth Haskell, Virginia Secretary of Natural Resources in Richmond on April 16. The club was recognized for its efforts to help solicit community involvement for recent water quality tracking project in Rappahannock and efforts to clean up the Washington business district.
