Piedmont United Way which is represented by board members from Madison, Orange, Fauquier, Culpeper and Rappahannock recently welcomed our own Mr. E. Franklin Warner of Scrabble Road. Mr. Warner is the representative for Rappahannock County and will serve for a three year term. From the new president, Dianne Gaglino, a quote “we are very pleased to have these talented people on the Board of directors. Mr. Warner has years of experience in budget analysis and business administration. He is also a member of the Rappahannock County School Board”. Congratulations Mr. Warner on this new appointment.
