Tve had the misfortune of having to go to the emergency room twice in the last couple of years for minor problems. But that was tempered by the good fortune that the ER I chose was at Culpeper Regional Hospital. From the time I came in the door both times, I was treated like their reason for being there was to make me feel better. A nurse immediately checked my vital signs, and they made a special point to check with me regularly until a doctor could see me.
"1 have several family members in the medical field, and I'm very conscious of what constitutes good healthcare. All I can say is that they care about you no matter what brings you in. I figure, if they care that much about my minor injuries, how much better would they be in a real emergency?"
