A separate reading academy, lasting two weeks, has been offered to recommended RCES and RCHS students. It is housed at the elementary school this summer.
After many years with no summer classes at RCHS, we are pleased to offer five courses. Provided this summer are Algebra I, Geometry, World History I, Biology and Earth Science. On July 30, students in each class will retake the statemandated Standards of Learning test for that course. Teachers and students are working hard and are optimistic about the outcome of this SOL testing.
Again this summer, Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Educational Foundation, is offering enriching experiences to county children. During the week of July
