By Jon William Henry
Jim Tredway of RAWL (Rappahannock Animal Welfare League) together with intern Dylan Corbin instructed the Dog Care and Grooming Workshop held at the Rappahannock Animal Shelter in Amissville. The children learned how to properly brush and bathe the dogs, how to instruct firemen to rescue their pets in case of fire, and how to adopt a dog. It was heard as we were leaving, “If I could just get my mom in here, I know she’ll let me adopt one!”
