pie building out here are paying more attention to quality than size (unlike some of the huge homes under construction in the new communities being developed closer in to the city.) They found that the remodeling jobs and additions are in keeping with the same trends as in new home construction: larger projects, more attention to the details, better materials and the expectation of high quality workmanship.
Rappahannock has an excellent pool of good builders and craftsmen. The new home owners have high expectations and Rappahannock builders have a reputation for first class work.
