**' The Administrative Board of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church met at the jphurch on Thursday evening. Those present were Rev. Merlin Bhorb, Doug Bywaters, Bud Porder, Harriet Davis, Mary Curtis, Mabel Lillard, Louise McCulloch, M.H. Brady, Mary Frances Bywaters, Libby Bennett, Jean Lillard, Barbara Jamison and Shelley Welch.

Major Cowgill is a patient in Warrren Memorial Hospital. Bradley Dodson has returned to his home after being a patient in Fauquier Hospital. We wish them both a speedy recovery.

Mark and Diane Graves and Katelyn of Summerduck, Edith Graves of Fredericksburg, Wayne Graves of Remington and Barbara Embrey of Marshall were Sunday guests of Mrs. Edna Lillard.

The Aileen reunion held at the Flint Hill carnival grounds on Saturday had approximately 50 present. The event was enjoyed by all in attendance.

David Calisto celebrated his 39th birthday at his home on Sunday.

The United Methodist Church Annual Picnic was held at Harmony Hollow near Front Royal on Sunday and was well attended.

Alice Virginia Butler of Front Royal visited her mother, Mrs. Alice Pullen on Saturday.

The Flint Hill Baptist Church will have worship service on Sunday, July 28 at 11 a.m. The pastor, Rev. John Farrar will deliver the message. The public is welcome.
