He is retired from the White House Office of Management and Budget as av Senior Program and Budget Analysis. .* Mr. Warner comes to the Board with years of experience in business administration and budget analysis.
The new board members will serve for a three-year term and will represent -Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties.
