The Hon. Douglas Ginsberg spoke of "Doc, The Friend" and said Krebser was "the first citizen of Rappahannock County."
Amissville farmer Alan Zuschlag spoke on "Doc, The Mentor" (see excerpts on Page A4). The Hon. Rayner Snead spoke on "The Tie That Binds" explaining he performed the marriage ceremony for Krebser when he married Fran.
Bill Dietel, who officiated at the service, said Krebser "taught us about the human frailties of heath and mind. . .and challenged us to be kinder to one another. He was above all an honest man. ..."
