Love, a 1987 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, has a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science. She is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and has resided in Washington since 1991 where she lives with her husband, Kenner and two children, Jacob and Grayson.
