Stephen Dowell receives university
scholarship
Stephen Bond Dowell III of Flint Hill has received a University of Georgia Charter Scholarship which is given to a “limited number” of incoming freshmen who have shown “outstanding achievement in academics and extracurricular activities,” according to the University of Georgia admissions department.
Dowell, a graduate of Wakefield Country Day School in Flint Hill, is the son of Steve and Marsha Dowell.
