It is a breach of the public trust. It is a travesty for not only the citizens of Grimsley Road, but for all the citizens of the county whose projects of greater need will have to be postponed or abandoned in order to take care of the desires, not needs, of one person.
We have to ask ourselves what could possibly motivate the supervisors to vote in such a way?
