Horse show , Tori Anderson, mounted on ‘Kahn,’ won the Halloween Custome Class at Bleu Rock Farm’s benefit for the Rappahannock County Library. Participants who brought an equestrian related book received 50 percent off their entry fee. The books are being collected to start an equestrian section in the library.
