Rappahannock News Staff Writer
As Paul Bernard gave his presentation on the proposed Rappahannock High School football/soccer field and track athletic facilities to School Board members Tuesday evening, he smiled as he explained there was bad news and good news.
“The bad new's is that the price tag is hefty,” said Bernard who is vice-president of Rickmond Engineering, the firm selected to do the preliminary plan.
Estimated costs fall just below $800,000.
