Notice and Show Cause Against Distribution

It appearing from a Petition for Aid and Direction and report of Douglas K. Baumgardner, Executor of the Estate of Mitchell Ellis Jenkins, deceased, filed with the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County that the said Executor is prepared to make final distributions in connection with the Estate in accordance with thj^tast will and testament of the decedent and that the above named individuals have or may have claim against the estate of the decedent; therefore, upon Motion of the Executor, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Mitchell Ellis Jenkins, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, on the 20* day of November, 2003 at 10:00 a m. before this Court at its courtroom in Washington, Virginia, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Mitchell Ellis Jenkins, deceased, in accordance with the Petition heretofore filed in this matter.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks tn the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
