Post-season play for the Rappahannock County volleyball teams began with the high school hosting a district semifinal match against four-seed Clarke County on Nov. 6.
The Eagles had lost to the one-seed RCHS Panthers twice in the regular season, but hoped to be able to upset the Panthers on their home court. The night began with the unveiling of the new score table, made by Tom Pendleton. Soon after, the varsity squads took the court.
