The Rappahannock County High School varsity volleyball team ended the season with a 21-2 record and a cumulative 49-3 record over the past two seasons. *
Highlights of this past season included winning the Madison Mountaineer Tournament for the third consecutive year as well as running a 21game win streak.
RCHS also won the regular season championship and district tournament, both for a second consecutive year.

to meet to
reorganize
All Democrats in Rappahannock County are invited to attend a combination breakfast and reorganization meeting on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 8 a.m.
The breakfast meeting will be at the Town Hall (the former library) on Gay Street in Washington and is sponsored by the out-going, soon to be reorgar nized Rappahannock County Democratic Committee.
In keeping with the goals of the Democratic Party of Virginia, all Democratic county committees are required to reor-. ganize from bottom to top every two years. During the first week of December in all odd years, a new Democratic Committee is elected in Rappahannock by Democrats who are registered to vote here. That new committee then elects its new officers.
