ORDER OF PUBLICATION

THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land (Tax Map parcel 28-61), together with any buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, bounded and described as follows according to a plat and survey made by J. E. Sutphin, Surveyor, dated April 19,1919, as follows, to-wit:

"Beginning at figure 1 on map, at point of intersection of stone

walls, corner to the lands of Payne, thence S 46 E 487 feet to

another point in stone wall at figure 2, S 80 E 156 feet to another

point in stone wall, corner to the orchard fence at figure 3,

thence with the line fence of the orchard S 13 W 473.5 feet to

figure 4, a stone to be planted, thence leaving the line fence N 62

W 900 feet to a point in the line of Payne at figure 5. thence with

his line N 34 E 796 feet to the beginning containing 12.54 acres.

This land has an outlet or roadway over the land of Browning to

the distance of 450 feet and being 16 feet wide makes 31 /100 of an

acre together with .98 of an acre from the sale of land by

Browning to Jett Woodard making a total area of 12.93 acres.”
