GrifFi# Tavern found out about the challenges Arthur’s students were facing trying to work without the hood, and wanted to get involved and contribute to our community in a meaningful way. We envisioned an event where local restaurants and vineyards would partner with the school to produce an extraordinary dining experience for guests and a wonderful cooking opportunity for the kids. We approached Tareq Salahi of Oasis Winery about using Oasis’s spectacular event facilities, just north of the Rappahannock County line, for a fund-raising event.
