The heirs, spouses, descendants, devisees, personal representatives, assigns, guardians, committees, curators, conservators, and successors-in-interest of the above-named persons, and any other person or entity who may have an interest in the real estate listed above, or In the proceeds from its sale, and whose name is unknown, are all made Defendants as: “PARTIES UNKNOWN;” and.

The creditors of all named Defendants and of Defendants joined as Parties Unknown. Said creditors, unless specifically named above, are made Defendants as “PARTIES UNKNOWN;” and,

All persons or entities who claim an interest in, or lien upon, the real estate listed above, or in the proceeds from its sale. All such persons or entities, unless specifically named above, are made Defendants as “'PARTIES UNKNOWN.”

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

1. This is an action to sell the following property to collect real estate taxes owed to the County of Rappahannock, Virginia:

Tax Map 1A-1, Parcel 6E

Tax Map 1A-1, Parcel 7E

Wakefield Magisterial District

Rappahannock County, Virginia.

These parcels are Lots 6E and 7E in

Skyverge Estates, situate in the village

of Chester Gap.

And being the same property acquired

by Viggo P. Miller and Evelyn L. Miller,

husband and wife, by deeds dated 30

October 1957 and 1 June 1963 from

Merritt A. Greeley and Helen W.

Greeley recorded, respectively, at

Deed Book 82 pages 495 and 497 of

the land records maintained by the

Clerk of this Court.

2. Viggo P. Miller and Evelyn L. Miller, husband and wife, are the owners of record of the said parcels, and it is not known if they are living or deceased, and whether their interests have passed to parties unknown.

3. Real estate taxes on the Property are delinquent from 1993 through the present, and with penalties and interest totaled $2660.97 as of 1 March 2004.

4. Sale of the property may be stopped by paying, before the day of sale, all delinquent taxes, penalties and interest, plus all costs expended by the County of Rappahannock.

5. All Defendants, Parties Unknown and persons claiming an interest in, or lien or encumbrance upon, said land, or an interest in the proceeds from its sale, are required to appear in the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia, P.O. Box 517, 238 Gay Street Washington, Virginia, 22747 and protect their interests on or before April 9, 2004.

7. This order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, shall be posted at the front door of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shall be mailed to each Defendant whose post office address is given above.

8. This is done pursuant to §8.01-321 and §58.1-3967 of the Code of Virginia.
