Gray Ghost won bronze medals on the 2002 Chardonnay and 2002 Reserve Chardonnay in the Jerry Mead International Wine Competition in California held Feb. 29 and March 1.
This is the first time Gray Ghost has entered this prestigious competition. Of the 2,178 entries from North America, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Gray Ghost was the only Virginia winery to be awarded.
