The Rappahannock County Garden Club will once again offer the Francis J. Leonard Memorial Scholarship to a senior in Rappahannock County for the purpose of continuing his or her education.
A grant of $1,500 will be awarded to a student enrolling in a four year college or university—$1,000 will be given the first year and $500 in the second year.
An applicant must be a resident of Rappahannock County, a member of this year's graduating class (home schooled or other schools), be accepted at an accredited four-year school, have a need for financial assistance and be recommended by
