Thirteen residents and business owners of Little Washington support a second speeding survey and signed a letter to that effect which has gone to an official of the Virginia Department of Transportation in Warrenton, Garrett Moore.
The letter was the idea of Heritage House Bed and Breakfast owner Michelle Schwartz who took it around town gathering signatures from residents concerned about speeding in the town.
