You will act as first Ime of communication with operators for spares supply issues, and cover all aspects regarding routine orders, deliveries and customer accounts Manage order treatment: receipt of order, acknowledgement, quotations and delivery information updates Monitor status and trend of assigned customer accounts. Provide information and advice to customers regarding parts technical status and interchangeability Coordinate rental and exchange transactions Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years experience in spares supply management Must be computer literate, with ability to pro duce spreadsheets usmg Excel and MS Word. Good written and verbal communications skills, the ability to work on several prefects at the same time while maintaining a pleasant attitude and voice on the telephone, and being a team player are necessary.
