Joyce Ann Haley, 43, of no known address, was stopped by Sheriff’s deputies at 11:52 a.m. on Friday, June 18, in the parking lot of Hackley’s Store at the intersection of Viewtown Road and Route 211.
She was operating her car with a suspended license, and the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office, when notified, told Rappahannock that Haley was in violation of her probation. Fauquier deputies picked her up, and during a routine search of her car, a crack pipe was discovered. She was arrested by Rappahannock deputies for driving while suspended. Warrants are pending
