A 56-year-old Castleton man has pleaded guilty to six charges of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Ellis Howard Smith entered his guilty plea before Rappahannock County Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey Parker on Sept. 2.
The incidents occurred while a 10year-old child was visiting her grandmother in Castleton. Smith admitted ' exposing himself to the minor and asking her to touch him at different times between Aug. 1,2003 and Jan. 12,2004.
