Part Time 4-H Coordinator
Rappahannock County Position: Manage a non-formal experiential educational program in order fa youth, and adults working with those youth, to further develop life skills necessary as selfdirecting productive and contributing members of society.
Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Master's degree is preferred. At least one degree in a discipline related to the subject matter specialty area is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to recruit, train and manage volunteers; and experience in developing positive interactions with the public are required Experience working with youth and youth programs is preferred. Experience in planning, implementing, marketing, and evaluating educational programs are also preferred. Must have a valid operator's license with good driving record
Hours: This position is a 20-25 hour a week position, depending upon the workload in a given week. Weekly office hours will be kept, which will be arranged between the Unit Coordinata and the 4-H Extension Agent.
Salary: Salary range is based upon education and experience. Partial benefits will be included.
