Sonya Lee Anderson and Robert Alexander Wilson were united in marriage June 5 at the MimsLyn Inn in Luray.
The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Jon Heddleston of Sperryville.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Anderson of Sperryville.
Julie Smith, best friend of the bride, served as matron of honor.
Kathryn Wilson, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid.
Jordan Atkins of Sperryville was the flower girl.
Chuck Wilson, father of the groom, served as best man, and Chris Anderson, brother of the bride, served as groomsman. Ringbearer was Hunter Jenkins, cousin of the bride. Ushers were David and Joshua Anderson, cousins of the bride.
The traditional ceremony was followed with a dove release service. A luncheon reception followed.
The bride and groom were driven away in a white limousine, and they spent their honeymoon at the Outer Banks.
Bridal showers were given by Julie Smith and Michelle Jenkins.
The groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Wilson, hosted a dinner party after the rehearsal at Dan’s Steakhouse in Luray.
