hannock Lions' Club sponsors, including Bob Lander, Mike Leake, Bruce Jones, Chucky Jenkins, and Greg Wayland. Arland Welch of Flint Hill also helps out each year.

Many local businesses contribute food and funds for the event, including ECOW, the Inn at Little Washington, Griffin Tavern, the Bleu Rock Inn, the Public House, Pizza Hut, the Melting Pot of Front Royal, Mountainside Market, Muskrat Haven, and the Country Cafe. Others include Settle’s Grocery and Settle’s Cars & Trucks, F.T. Valley Grocery, Persinjmon Springs Florist (Donna Brunei, the Rappahannock National Bank, and BB&T Bank of Flint Hill. Other sponsors include the Rappahannock Lions’ Club and the American Cancer Society.

The Blues Fuze band provided the entertainment this year, and the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company brought a monster truck for the campers to explore and have their pictures taken. Charlotte Tummeyer and Catherine Brown provided face painting, and Jeff Brown brought the SnowKone machine. Howard Massey provided cotton candy, and Sherry Hamill-Huff and her son, Robbie, of Flint Hill brought their horses and offered rides to the nearly 100 campers.
