Blubaugh has lived in rural Rappahannock County for 26 years and understands the issues facing small towns and farmers. Castleton resident Emerson Williams said that “the campaign feels like a breeze blowing through the county.” Blubaugh has managed to capture the hearts of many with his emphasis on country values personified by strong families and hard working businesses. Blubaugh is an advocate for community service and being a good neighbor.
He believes that education is the key to a secure future for all our citizens. He strongly supports programs and funding that ensure educational excellence for all students in our district.
