Catherine is the daughter of Elizabeth Marlowe Polisi and Joseph W. Polisi of Rye, New York. Andrew is the son of Susan and Bruce Jones of Washington, Virginia. The couple met at John Hopkins University where both received master's degrees in international relations. Following a honeymoon in Bali, they npw reside in Greenwich, Connecticut.
