BY THE COUNTY OF RAPPAHANNOCK
In accordance with §15.2-1800 and §15.21813 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, on Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 7:00 pm at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on the proposed sale of its 25% interest in real property owned jointly by the Counties of Rappahannock, Orange, Madison, and Culpeper, and known as the George Washington CarverPiedmont Regional Education Center, 16.366 acres located in Culpeper County, Virginia. The proposed sale is to the County of Culpeper, Virginia for the sum of $71,125.00.
All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment, or to review the proposed deed of sale at the County Administration Office, 290 Gay Street , Washington, Virginia, from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
