Loudoun County Deportment of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, Substance Abuse Services is seeking a full-time Clinician to provide specialized outpatient substance abuse treatment services to individuals involved in the Adult Drug Court Program Position is responsible for assessmeni/evuluation. individual, group and family therapy, case management including medication, crisis intervention/stabilization and interagency consultation, coordination of treatment services, maintenance of all clinical records and documentation according to federal, state, agency policies/procedures. Works in conjunction with the Circuit Court and all participating Drug Court agencies and personnel. Must be knowledgeable in substance abuse and mental health issues, demonstrate strong clinical skills, possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate ability to function as a member of a clinical team Services may be provided in a variety of settings including the Adult Detention Center and Probation offices. Work schedule is Monday through briday with evening hours 2 nights per week Requires Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field and two years professional experience in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment Virginia clinical licensure or license eligible. Criminal background, credit, and driving record checks, and TB test.
