There is always more work to be done. And there is always the risk that if those hands are removed, that pressure released, the culture might slip back to the place in which it rested before. But here, at this juncture we are 73 percent of the way there and it looks like the baby is staying put. and that. I believe, is something about which to gasp and quietly celebrate.
