Sperryville 4-H Club Jr. and Sr. will meet at the home of Mrs. Helen Kilby, June 8 at 2 p.m.
F. T. Valley Home Demonstration Club will meet at the home of Mrs. J. G. Revercomb June 8 at 2:00 p.m. The demonstration will be on “Freezing Fruits and Vegetables” by Mrs. Helen Bruce, Mrs E. W. Gore and Mrs. eJan Gallihugh.
Forest Grove 4-H Club will meet at the home of Mrs. Clarence Scott June 9 at 10 a.m., and will last until 3 p.m. Each member bring their lunch, and material enough to make a shirt or blouse or dress.

The Chester Gap Home Demonstration Club met at the home of Mrs. Marie Williams May 23 at 7:30 p.m. This was a very nice meeting. The subject taken up was “Recreation.” The group played all types of games . . . They plan to have a picnic in the summer along with the Huntly 4-H Club, for the youth in both communities. The type of program had was the same thait can be used at the picnic this summer. The agent gave a short demonstration on how to make a beverage using as the base grape juice. Recipes of candy and different kinds of beverages that can be served at a party or pienie were given out. Samples of prepasted wall paper and different types of floor seals and floor cleaners were shown. The hostess served the group very delicious ice cream and cake. This was most enjoyable.
