W. H. Massie, Jr., who has been a patient for several weeks at University of Virginia Hospital, returned home Sunday, where he is convalescing.
PICNIC AT FLAT WOODS
Evelyn Tyler Miller entertained the fourth grade of the Washings t<5n High School, at a picnic dinner at Flat Woods on Thursday. The students presented their teacher, Mrs J. W. Price, with a corsage of pink roses and a gift consisting of three figurines.
BOY SHOT WITH BB GUN
Ned Settle, Jr., is recovering at the home of his parents, after having been accidently shot in the cheek by a BB gun at the home of his cousin Saturday night. The shot was "removed at the Front Royal Community Hospital Sunday morning.
