In the twenty-five or more years of its existence as a four year accredited high school, approximately two hundred graduates of Sperryville have entered institutions of higher learning, or intobusiness or into careers as homemakers. More than ninety percent of Sperryville graduates who matriculated at college or other advanced schools of all types successfully completed their courses. Many graduates of this school are successful business or professional men and women scattered all over the country; many others are among the leading citizens of Rap. pahannock. ,
With the session of 1950-1951, Sperryville High School will be consolidated with Washington High School at Washington. This move is in accordance with the nationwide trend in education;
