Statistical information on land use, human population and distribution, hunting pressure, game kill and other factors which affect game numbers will be gathered at the time the survey is made. Personnel of the Commission’s Game Research section hope to have the information analyzed prior to the game regulation proposal meeting next spring. The current inventory will concentrate on deer and turkeys, but small game abundance and habitat conditions may be evaluated on a similar basis in the near future.
