Dorothy Biddle, of New York Garden Club Editor of Popular Gardening and nationally known lecturer, will be presented by West Charlton Flower Shop of Orange in a Flower and Decorating Workshop, Saturday, Oct. 17, at 1;30 p.m. in the American Legion Hall. Admission to the program, titled "Merry Christmas In Your Home" will be free and Christmas decorations will also be on display. Mrs. Biddle is widely known as a speaker and author. With her daughter Dorothea Blom, she has written many books. jShe lectures to clubs and Flower Show Schools all over the country, and is noted for her simple and personal approach to the subject of flower arrangement.
