NOTICE TO OPERATORS
OF PUBLIC DANCE HALLS:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super' visors of Rappahannock that it shall be unlawful Tor any public dance hall io be kept open or operated in the County of Rappahannock on Sunday between the hours of 12:01 A.M. and 12:00 o’clock midnight of that day.
Any person, firm or corporation violating this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $50.00, nor more than $500.00 for each offense.
And the Clerk is directed to publish this ordinance in a newspaper having general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia, once a week for two successive weeks. And this ordinance shall become effective after 12:01 A.M. on October 17, 1964.
