A final appeal Is made by the Arts and Crafts Committee to any person in the County who makes any kind of craft item or creates any type of art < work. All entries must be brought in to the Rappahannock Library at Washington, Virginia on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 27. There they will be shown until Tuesday, November 3.
