Mrs. Stanley Settle and children were afternoon visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jenkins in Culpeper. Mrs. Tommy Fincham was an overnight visitor Saturday of her mother, Mrs. Sarah Latham. Mrs. Julia Curtis of Front Royal was a guest Sunday of Mrs. Frank Walter and Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Hutton. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Settle and children were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Hitt and family at Castleton.
The Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred and family were surprised with a visit at 5;30 last Monday morning from Mrs. Kindred’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Oakes of Brookville.
