Mrs. A. M. Verner and Mr. ~ and Mrs. Raymond Jenkins of Suffolk were guests over Easter of Mr. and Mrs. V. R. Updike. Mrs. Verner remained for an extended visit with her son-in-law and daughter. Miss Phyllis Verner of Falls Church was an overnight gue6t Monday in the Updike home. Mrs. C. J. Miller is a surgical patient in the University of Virginia Hospital. Her daughter Mrs. John Wood visit ed her over the weekend and was an over-night guest Saturday at Millermead returning Sunday to her home in Atlanta, Ga. Miss Mary Miller Wood was the week-end guest of relatives in Baltimore. Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser, Jr. and two sons of Fairfax were overnight guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser. Mrs. Keyser and sons returned Monday for a visit of several days while Mr. Keyser was on a business trip to North Chi-cago, ill. The Rev. John Farrar who is conducting Revival services at the Baptist Church was a supper guest Monday of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones and supper guest of Mrs. L. J. Turner on Tuesday night. Miss Doris Daugherty was the weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Bobbie Smith in Fairfax. The Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer were overnight guest6 Wednesday of Mr. and t Mrs. G. C. Luckham in Irvington. The Glaenzer’s house guests on Friday night were Chaplain and Mrs. Wayne Minor of Alexandria. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Wood of Tokoma Park, Md. were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Stant Weaver. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Anderson were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fell and three children, Ann, Randy and Lewis of Baltimore and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Anderson and daughter Pamela of Glen Burnie, Md. Mr. and Mrs. C. W. C. Poole and Mr. and Mrs. John Jackson of Bethesda, Md. were Sunday afternoon visitors of the Rev. and Mrs. C. F. Glaenzer at the Rectory.

Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer, Miss Amy Palmer, Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., Miss Cil Davis and the Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer attended the supper and discussion of the Valley Convocation held Sunday/ evening at Calvary Episcopal Church in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Johnston have returned to their home Leeway from a wedding trip to New York. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall of Rose Hill accompanied by Dr. and Mrs. L. T. Callahan of Manor Club, Md. were guests Sunday at a golden wedding anniversary party honoring Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Green at Jeffersonton. Sunday evening Dr. and Mrs. Callahan were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hall at a buffet dinner at the Fauquier Country club in War renton.
