A total of 3,340 anglers took advantage of the Fee Trout Fishing area on the Game Commission’s Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area during the first two weeks of this year's season which began at noon, April 3. The daily numbers of anglers have been running well ahead of those at the beginning of last year’s season which did not open until May 2.
