High School Christmas Art Exhibit
Concurrent with the Book Fair the Rappahannock Library will be the exhibit hall for another fine showing of our Religious Heritage in Art by Washington, D. C. area high school students. Last year all who attended the exhibition were surprised at the quality of the work of these students. This year’s collection is even better. This art work is part of the permanent mobile collection selected each year by the American Council on Religious Art and the Kiwanis Clubs from the prize winners. The exhibit will remain at the Library from Saturday. Dec. 18 until New Years. Children of all ages up to ninety-five and older - are urged to see what these young artists are doing. Seeing how these students interpret the scriptures in line and color will give us new hope for their outlook.
