I have withheld comment on the zoning question thus far, for 1 thought comments from the Editor may discourage the public from speaking out. I do have decided views, but can jsee there are many facets to ithis gem. I am in favor of zoning rules and regulations for all counties, cities or communities to aid in the orderly development for the benefit of everyone concerned. However, I believe the original attempt of the Zoning Board here was too stringent to be introduced to a rural area as this is. And I was extremely concerned to find prominent, educated leaders speak out with such narrow*, minded views at the public hearing on zoning, and turn a deaf ear to any consideration of the same.
