James Stark Hite of Eugene, Oregon died at the age of 87, on December 9, 1965. He was the son of the late Cornelius Randolph and wife Elizabeth Stark Hite, and was born at the Stark home place, “Mt. Meadi” in Rappahannock County- tyHe is survived by his wife, one daughter, and two sons, one sister Miss Mary Elizabeth “Dolly’ Hite ofThomasville. North Carolina. He moved away at the age of 22, and never returned to Rappahannock.
Burial was in Eugene, Oregon.
