Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust, executed by Robert Edward Beckwith and Rachael Beckwith, his wife, to R. V. Snead, Trustee, dated and recorded March 12, 1952, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 57, at page 369, et seq., to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations.secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, (who was substituted in the place and stead of R. V. Snead, Trustee, the said R. V. Snead having resigned and refused to act as evidenced by his resignation, dated October 14, 1965, and recorded November 15, 1965, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 85, at page 89) having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, January 8, 1966, at 9 a.m. (EST) the following described property, to-wit:
