Miss Dorothy Taylor Davis has returned from Johnson, Vt. where she visited her bro ther-in-law and sister the Rev, and Mrs. Park Dickerson. She will attend the summer session of Madison College, Harrisonburg.
Mr. and Mrs. c. J. Miller are attending a meeting of the Virginia Bankers Association being held from Wednesday until Saturday at The Homestead, Hot Springs, Virginia. Mr. anjl Mrs. Lyman W. Jacobsen and three children, Jonathan, Judith and Laura, of Gray, Maine were guests from Sunday until Tuesday of Mr. Jccobsen's brother-inlaw and sister Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser. The Jacobsen’s are enroute to California for a six weeks vacation. Other guests on Sunday of the Keysers were Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder, Jr. and two sons of, Fairfax. Miss Peggy Palmer is at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer after completing the year as teacher in Carter Glass High School Lynchburg. Miss Palmer will do graduate work this summer on an N.D.E.A, scholarship at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike were Mrs. Mary Partlow and Mr. and Mrs. George Ross of Arlington.
