Clinic scheduled for 8:30 to 4:30 on Monday and Tuesday. It is being sponsored by the Northern Virginia Veterinary Conference and the VVMA; and the Department of Veterinary Science and the Agricultural Extension Service at VPI. Monday morning, at Airlie House, the equine practitioners will hear talks on internal parasites, infectious' diseases and colic. That afternoon, at North Wales Quarter Horse Farm, there will be a breeding demonstration. Tuesday's program at Meadowville Farm will have discussions on management, breeding, lameness, nerve blocks and soundness examinations, and the veterinarian’s responsibility in horse shows during the morning. Castration, wound management and post-mortem techniques will be discussed in the afternoon. In addition to Virginia veterinarians, those on the equine program include Dr. James R. Rooney, pathologist at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Ky., Dr. Edwin A. Church ill, practitioner at Springbrook Farm, Centreville, Md., and Andrew M. Montgomery, president of the Virginia Horse Shows Association. VVMA members participating in the Equine Clinic are as follows: Dr. Olive K. Britt, Manakin; Dr. Daniel V.
